Storino, Ramello & Durkin represents municipalities in a wide variety of labor and employment law issues. The firm practices in the areas of collective bargaining, grievance and interest arbitration hearings, disciplinary and discharge matters and other employment litigation matters including matters before the Illinois Labor Relations Board. The firm is also experienced in the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts of all types, severance agreements and workplace policies and procedures. 


The firm advises its clients on a wide array of workplace issues, compliance with wage and hour laws, family and medical leave requirements and workplace safety laws. The firm represents its clients in claims brought pursuant to federal and state laws, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The firm has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local human rights commissions and in state and federal courtrooms to defend its clients against these claims.
