Brian R. Kusper received his Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 2005. He graduated from the John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Illinois in 2010.

Mr. Kusper is primarily engaged in personal injury law in all areas. He has represented many individuals and families in personal injury/wrongful death litigation, including medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, products liability involving defective medical devices and automobile liability matters nationwide. Whether through trial, mediation/arbitration, pretrial or settlement negotiation, Brian has secured millions of dollars for his clients.

Mr. Kusper has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Illinois Super Lawyers, featured in Chicago Magazine, a distinction that is limited to fewer than 2.5% of attorneys in Illinois. He was also named as one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 in Illinois by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
