Erin C. Tinaglia
Erin C. Tinaglia received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006. She is a 2011 graduate of The John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2011. Ms. Tinaglia is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
While attending The John Marshall Law School, Ms. Tinaglia participated in the nationally ranked Trial Advocacy program. In 2010, she competed in the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition where her team was awarded second place. During law school, Ms. Tinaglia also clerked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Felony Trial Domestic Violence Division where she gained litigation experience practicing with her Illinois 711 license. Before joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Tinaglia worked as a legal clerk beginning in 2006.
Ms. Tinaglia is primarily engaged in the practice of municipal law and has experience in appellate work. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
Ms. Tinaglia is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
